This ideology motivated Justine Reichman, San Francisco-based progressive thinker and changemaker, to found NextGenChef. Through NextGenChef, Justine strives to make nutritious food universally affordable by supporting the next generation of food and beverage entrepreneurs. By providing them with critical resources and a dynamic network of mentors, she hopes that NextGenChef can help these “foodpreneurs” make more mindful decisions when building their businesses in order to provide quality, healthful products at affordable prices. Justine believes that bolstering the availability of nutritious food is the key to ensuring our own health, as well as the health of our planet.  </h3><h3></h3><h3>Discouraged by the destructive impact of the fashion industry on the environment, fashion stylist and sustainability entrepreneur Sarah Parlow created SPUNJ Sustainability to help consumers make informed, mindful decisions when shopping.
