Question 1

How many phone charms can I make?

Accepted Answer

Only one phone charm is allowed per person. These sessions are limited in time and materials which is why it's limited to one per person at this time.

Question 2

Is there a limit on beads/ charms on each phone charm?

Accepted Answer

There is no formal limit on the number of beads per phone charm but please ask an ALTEA team member during your session if you have any questions.

Question 3

Will materials be provided for?

Accepted Answer

Yes! All materials and supplies for the workshop are provided for.

Question 4

How long are the sessions?

Accepted Answer

The sessions are 45 min long but with a 15 min buffer to allow the team members to clean up and prepare for the next session.

Question 5

What happens if I show up late?

Accepted Answer

There is a 5 minute grace period after the session start time, after the grace period you will be marked as a no-show and will not be able to join the class.

Question 6

Can I transfer my ticket?

Accepted Answer

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else by emailing contact@alteacafe.com at least 24 hours before your session.
