(We have an In Person group meditation and mindfulness meetup every Friday in Fremont, Ca in the evening and all course participants are welcome and encouraged to attend that if possible and enjoyable for them!)

If I miss a class; can I make up ?

I will share recordings and offer time for Questions between classes if you miss. But try to not miss as we learn from each other as much as we learn from the Teacher and teachings!
