Teen Mental Health Webinar

The mission of This Is My Brave® is to empower individuals to share their true stories about overcoming mental illness and addiction to encourage those still suffering in silence to seek help and support. Over the past seven years, This Is My Brave has become the leading national mental health storytelling 501(c)3 non-profit providing a platform for individuals in the community to share their stories of overcoming mental illness to end stigma. Nearly 1000 storytellers have presented in our shows across the country in our 70 performances to date. We’re driven by the goal to encourage people to not be afraid to speak openly about mental health issues because the more we share our stories, the more people understand that mental illness needs to be treated as we treat physical illness, they are not alone, and no one should be afraid of asking for help or seeking treatment.
