Materials to Bring

We'll do a couple of contemplative, multi-sensory learning experiments. Please bring a pen and paper or journal to work with. (Optionally, bring markers, colored pencils, paints, chalk, or any other mark-making tools you enjoy for creativity or insight.)

Zoom Environment

Please be mindful that your environment is conducive to learning. If you can, be in a private and fairly quiet space. There's no need to dress formally or look “presentable” (unless that makes you happy). Be comfortable. Bring blankets, pillows, snacks, drinks, whatever helps you settle in.

Recording

Accepted Answer

This workshop will be recorded and the recording will be available for viewing for 30 days after the event. After the 30-day period, the recording will be available for purchase at the Beyond IFS School and the Center for Deep Self Design.
