HighBall Halloween 2020 VIRTUAL EVENT

The mission of the Short North Alliance is to nurture the Short North Arts District as a vibrant, creative, and inclusive community and leading arts destination.The Short North Arts District is always creating what's next. This is the creative backbone of central Ohio - where the city comes to shop, taste, and discover. Encounter vibrant happenings along High Street, where historic and modern buildings are home to 300+ independent shops, local restaurants, and artful experiences.

Tune into the HighBall Halloween 2020 Virtual Event to safely celebrate the best costumes and creativity over one magical evening!

Online ticket sales end on October 31 at 8:30 pm.

<h1><a href="https://highballcolumbus.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">HighBall Halloween</a> 2020 is a Virtual Event. </h1><h3>Access to the event will begin at 12am on Saturday, October 31. </h3><h3>Ticket buyers will receive a unique private link to view the out-of-this world show, including: </h3><ul><li>Hosts Nina West of <em>RuPaul’s Drag Race</em>, and NBC4’s Monica Day and Matt Barnes, who will guide viewers through a fantastical evening to celebrate the magic that is HighBall Halloween. </li><li>Five of the most talented HighBall designers who will return to showcase astounding new costume couture looks, and for the chance to take home the top cash prize during the <a href="https://www.whitecastle.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">White Castle</a> Costume Couture Fashion Show. </li><li>One of Columbus’ most captivating bands, MojoFlo, who will also return to the HighBall stage, with a special guest appearance. </li><li>The always spectacular Virginia West and West Family.</li><li>Plus, the public can also be a part of the show by participating in the Out of the Closet Virtual Public Costume Contest (see details below.)</li></ul><p>* A device and stable internet connection will be necessary to view the event.</p><p>** If multiple people are viewing the event from the same device, only 1 ticket and viewing link is required. However, we kindly ask that you consider making a donation to support the event and the Short North Alliance.</p><h3>Out of the Closet Virtual Public Costume Contest</h3><p>Creativity competes for a cash prize during the HB20 <a href="https://outofthecloset.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Out of the Closet</a> Virtual Public Costume Contest. Enter your own handiwork or cheer on your favorites creators. </p><p><strong>How it works:</strong></p><ul><li>You must purchase an entry ticket to submit an entry. (Group winning entries will receive $100 total, to be split amongst  group participants)</li><li>1 pet entry will be selected by HB20  White Castle Costume Couture Designers to win $100.</li><li>1 individual or group entry will be selected by the public via Instagram and Facebook to win $100. Winners will be selected by the total amount of likes the entry image receives across both platforms.</li><li>Limit of one prize per entry. <em>(Ex. HighBaller’s Choice Winner cannot also be selected to win by the HB20 White Castle Costume Couture Designers.) </em></li></ul><h3></h3><h3>All proceeds from HighBall Halloween support the Short North Alliance. </h3><p>HighBall Halloween not only showcases stunning performances along with the very best in local and regional fashion and design talent, but it also helps to support the work of the Short North Alliance, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization serving the business and property owners of the Short North Arts District. From beautification and safety programming, to public art and initiatives that promote the success and economic development of our region’s most dynamic small business community, HighBall Halloween makes a lasting impact on the Short North Arts District throughout the year.</p><p>Support for the “Art and Soul of Columbus,” the Short North Arts District, is needed now more than ever after what’s been a challenging year on so many fronts, especially for local businesses and artists.
