The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) is the principle set of rules that govern how executive agencies buy goods and services with appropriated funds. This month’s webinar is breaking down many of the important FAR cases that affect small businesses. Led by Dorice Kenely, a NASA Procurement Analyst, we will discuss following: <ul><li>general FAR information, such as how long it takes cases to publish rules,</li><li>the impact of current cases on the industry, government, or both; and </li><li>how the acquisition community is benefiting. </li></ul>There will also be a formal question and answer process following the featured presentation, so come ready with questions.
