This improvisation training builds your vocal, verbal, and physical performance skills. You learn to connect body, movement and voice. Simple, playful, and challenging exercises bring you to embodied expression and imagination.Some topics covered include:<ul><li>Spontaneous expression</li><li>Following imaginative impulses</li><li> Instant composition &amp; crafting space</li><li> Musicality of the moment-to-moment experience</li></ul>This workshop is open for anybody who enjoys moving, playing, improvising, sharpening performance skills and/or wants to communicate and listen better.&quot;For more than 30 years as an improviser, I am always looking for the state of ease and flow with my mind, body and heart. Too often those elements are out of sync on stage, leading to performance that is more work than play. Sten Rudstrom&#x27;s workshop is filled with eye opening insights and exercises that create full-being fluidity. If you have the chance to participate in one of his workshops, do it. Your entire being will be happy that it did!&quot; Shawn KinleySten Rudstrom has been working in the field of improvisation for the last 30 years. He teaches and performs internationally, is the Artistic Director of NOW! Festival of Improvisation, founded the improvisation group EAT (Sabine von der Tann, Matthias Ruttimann, Estelle Sorribas, Andres Noormets, Kate Hilder, and Peter Krempelsetzer) and is, also, a member of Streugut (Ingo Reluecke, Zufit Simon, Martin Clausen, and Alexander Frangenheim). In 1986, he met Ruth Zaporah, is one of the few Certified Senior Teachers and has continued to work with Action Theater™ since that time. With Satu Palokangas, he has developed The Core of Expression, a somatics and improvisation embodiment training that is currently touring internationally. His workshops are inspiring, exciting and challenging.
