Virtual forum to learn about candidates running for the Davis City Council (Districts 2,3, & 5) and for Yolo County Supervisor (District 4)

Please join us at a virtual forum to learn about the candidates running for election for the Davis City Council (Districts 2,3, and 5) and for Yolo County Supervisor (4th District) in the November 2020 election.The forum is organized by the Yolo Committee for Diverse and Inclusive Elections (YCDIE). YCDIE is an organization based in Davis whose mission is to support progressive political candidates, particularly those who will contribute to diverse elected bodies in Yolo County. Our vision is that all of the councils, boards, and entities (elected and appointed) that represent Davis citizens will consistently reflect the full diversity of our community.The YCDIE forum will focus specifically on issues of equity, inclusion, social justice, and race as they pertain to local issues.Please register for the forum here. Space is limited. Closer to the day of the forum, a candidate guide and a Zoom link to the virtual forum will be sent to the email address provided.Questions about the event should be directed to ycdiedavis@gmail.com.
