Enhance your workout routine with this Progressive Vinyasa Yoga series that will build your balance and flexibility.

<p>Progressive Vinyasa - balance, and flexibility is part of The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts&#x27; series of virtual fitness classes to help Will Bike 4 Food participants reach their individual cycling goals. </p><p>Please register for Will Bike 4 Food before signing up for this class at <a href="https://www.foodbankwma.org/events/wb4f/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">willbike4food.org</a>. </p><h3>About the Class</h3><p>This is 1st  in a sequence of Progressive Vinyasa classes being offered by Focused Yoga.  Each week, the class will build on different aspects of the practice. </p><p>Progressive Vinyasa Yoga is an energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next, while connecting their breathing to their movements.  It integrates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, and physical and mental stamina in one session.  The practice will incorporates regular sequences that become familiar to students, while mixing in variations to modify, intensify, or challenge the body by altering the pace or duration of poses, and the frequency that they are repeated.</p><p><em>*This is an intermediate yoga class </em></p>

<h3>About Focused Yoga</h3><p>Julie offers private and small group classes online, at Amherst Fitness, and at Community Yoga.  She is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and a YogaBody® Teaching Affiliate and is currently enrolled in Kripalu's School of Integrative Yoga Therapy program.  She has been practicing yoga for over 30 years and has been a yoga instructor since 2004. <h3>About Will Bike 4 Food</h3><p>Will Bike 4 Food is a cycling event to raise funds for The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts and awareness about food insecurity in our region. Now in its 10th year, this event has brought thousands of dedicated community members and businesses together to pedal towards a hunger-free future. </p><p>This year&#x27;s event is more accessible than ever. Set a goal that is challenging for you, then ride wherever and however you want! We help you train to reach your goal with virtual fitness classes and workshops. You help us by asking your friends, family, and co-workers to contribute to your personalized fundraising page. Together, we can support our neighbors facing hunger during this time of increased need.</p>
