The Christian Center of Park City is a non-profit organization based in Park City, Utah. For over 20 years,  CCPC has “met people at their point of need” through our services—counseling, food pantry, clothing, basic needs assistance, and more! We lovingly serve the residents of Summit & Wasatch counties specifically and are currently operating two food pantries and several other food-assistance programs in the community. Christian Center of Park City

An outdoor experience  to help align mind, body and spirit through connecting deeper with self, nature and community.

Ladies! We invite you to join us for an afternoon hike and connection experience among the beautiful fall colors in Park City, Utah. We will meet at Prospector Park and then make our way to the trailhead together.This event will be facilitated by professionals from the Counseling Center of Park City, including mental health clinicians and a certified nutrition health coach. Cost of the event will even include a nutritious snack, water, take home resources and essentail oil roller bottle. Participants can expect an opportunity to reconnect with a sense of self and spirit through grounding techniques, mindfulness activities, learn health tips for boosting your natural immunity for the changing season ahead, and engage with a community of women in nature to foster positive relationships. This event will provide women relief, empowerment, and support as the seasons transition so they won&#x27;t feel isolated, fearful, and overwhelmed as the pandemic continues. Please consider participating and carving out some intentional time for yourself to honor all that 2020 has been and prepare for the holidays and winter months. This guided hike will be under 3 miles and will happen rain, snow or shine so dress accordingly! We hope to see you on October 11th!
