The Thomas R. Brown Foundation seeks to advance the use of economic principles in public and private decision making through strategic partnerships and educational programs. Our program goal is to equip teachers to increase student exposure to fundamental principles of economics in a neutral and nonpartisan way, and to help students develop an appreciation of how economic analysis applies to everyday choices as well as business and policy issues.

<p>Formal and informal assessments of student learning are essential for monitoring student progress and for planning. Join us for the third installment of Tech Tools for Teaching Economics to learn about assessment strategies and applications useful in both face-to-face and remote instruction. Materials will be most appropriate for middle and high school educators. Participants will receive a certificate of professional development as well as digital resources. </p>
