Self-certification rules put forward for all participants of the CARE fishing classes:
By attending our CARE fishing class in person, you are attesting to following facts:
• All in my group attending have not been to any Country outside of the US or to any US State with a high infection rate, as defined by the Governor’s Executive Order currently in effect, within the last 14 days
• Nobody in my group attending has cared for or has had close contact (defined as within 6 feet for 15 minutes or more) with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 (coronavirus) within the last 14 days.
• Nobody in my group attending has been directed to quarantine, isolate or self-monitor at home for COVID 19 (coronavirus) by any medical provider or public official.
• Nobody in my group attending is known to be or suspected to be currently infected with COVID-19 and has not had close contact with anyone known or suspected to have COVID-19 (coronavirus) in the last 14 days.
• Nobody in my group attending currently has one or more of the following symptoms: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, and/or diarrhea.
