Fall Equinox Sound Healing Meditation

Susan Freeman and Leslie Treloar of Blossoming into Light

Blossoming into Light

We will be hosting a Fall Equinox Sound Healing Meditation at our space for in-person and via Zoom! Last time it worked well for all who attended in both in person and via Zoom. We are able to space out 10 people in-person and no limit on those who can participate via Zoom.During this sound meditation, we will share about the Fall Equinox and then provide the sounds of singing bowls, chimes, awakening bell and more for meditation. We also go around with tuning forks and a crystal pryamid that provides a beautiful sound. This is usually held over the head. Those connecting virtually will still hear these and benefit from their sound and frequency.
