Mindful Meditation in the Allentown Rose Garden - Fall Session

My name is Dr. Debra J Romberger and I am a Qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Instructor (MBSR) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).  I maintained a private practice for 20 years in Allentown and I am pleased now to devote my time and energy to teaching Mindfulness to groups and individuals in the Allentown area.  I received my Mindfulness training through the Center for Mindfulness at the UMASS Medical School and have a PhD in Educational Psychology.In our fast-paced lives, when it seems we are always running here or there I have come to truly appreciate my Mindfulness practice.  It is in my mindful moments, either in formal meditation or when I notice the birds singing first thing in the morning that I feel most present and best able to manage what is around the corner.I look forward to the opportunity to share your mindful journey with you.Dr. Deb
