A week-long social media campaign from Aug 24 - 28 to raise awareness of hang drying laundry as a homegrown climate solution.

<p>Solar Oregon's 2019 Hang Dry for Climate week received a flood of media attention, and helped to re-center hang drying laundry as a simple, time tested way to save money and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Whether you are a life-long hang dryer or a complete newcomer, you can help grow the movement to abandon the unnecessary advent of the electric tumble dryer--and win prizes! We are very excited to partner with the African American Alliance for Homeownership (AAAH) for this year's Hang Dry.</p><p>Here's how to participate:</p>
