<p>The Northeast has been hit hard by the pandemic and overdose rates are also skyrocketing. </p><p>In honor or #OverdoseAwarenessDay, AdCare is offering a free Narcan training and educational event, and, for those who may have questions about a friend or loved one, will be doing a Q&A for viewers to ask their questions about addiction.</p>
