Explore the influence of 3 pioneering women in the field: Ellen Biddle Shipman, Beatrix Farrand (Jones), &  Marian Cruger Coffman

These three women shaped and revolutionized the profession of landscape architecture. They practiced in the Country Place era between 1890-1940, considered a golden age of design and construction . They were all known for their formal gardens and lush plantings which influenced landscape design then and now.
