NextGenChef is pleased to announce the launch of Regenerative Feast.  NextGenChef brings the dining experience home !

<h2>Regenerate your palate and your planet with a feast.</h2><h3>A Mixed-Reality dinner series featuring chef Brandon Rosen from season 16 of Top Chef.</h3><h3>Join us at the Chef's Table and cook and dine with Top Chef alumni Brandon Rosen, and the Nextgenchef community.</h3><h3>Through the power of technology,  join us in the kitchen and at the Chef's table for a virtual cooking class and dinner. We are combining the virtual and the real world in 1 event.</h3><h3></h3><h3>Sign up and receive a meal-kit of raw or partially-prepped ingredients for a two to three course meal, and a scheduled video call where Brandon Rosen who leads the class, teaching you skills and techniques, and explaining how we do what we do. Guests will be encouraged to ask questions and to be socially engaged. Pair your dinner with a  house cocktail or a wine pairing from one of our partners.</h3><h3>This one-of-a-kind event showcases how healthy food can be accessible as well as an experience.  Connect with like-minded individuals that share your passion for food quality and accessibility. </h3><h3>Meal kits will be delivered to residents in the San Francisco Bay Area. <p><strong>Chef Brandon Rosen </strong>grew up immersed in his family owned and operated chocolate factory, Leah Gold’s Fantazamadazzle Magical Chocolate Factory in Howell, Michigan. When Brandon was a teenager, he began working at a number of small town establishments where he fell in love with cooking.  At age 16, he competed in his first culinary competition with the American Culinary Federation, led by coach and mentor, Chef Scott Swamba. After graduating high school early, Brandon left rural Michigan to chase his dreams in the big city, where waited outside<strong> Alain Ducasse at The Essex House </strong>day after day before getting hired. After working through the restaurants closure, he transitioned to <strong>Eleven Madison Park</strong>, before moving west to work in the kitchens at The <strong>French Laundry, Benu and Redd </strong>in California.  Presently, Brandon is an Executive Private Chef in the Silicon Valley.</p>
