This workshop will give you valuable skills and insights into elevating your facilitation &amp; presentation skills. It has been proven (with over 80 attendees) to be suitable and relevant for both experienced and inexperienced facilitators. You will learn how to CONFIDENTLY:<ul><li>Facilitate sessions with groups from 5 - 25 people;</li><li>Integrate story telling into your sessions to create impact;</li><li>Deal with challenging participants;</li><li>Create highly engaging workshops with ease; and </li><li>Deliver both online and face-to-face workshops.</li></ul>The workshop comprises of two modules covered during 4 hours delivered online via Zoom. Module 1: Facilitation Foundations<ul><li>What is exceptional facilitation?</li><li>Self-awareness &amp; mindset to support quality facilitation</li><li>Learning styles considerations</li><li>Creating connection &amp; workshop flow</li><li>Harnessing the power of Story Telling</li></ul>Module 2: Practical Facilitation Techniques<ul><li>Creating effective engagement </li><li>Dealing with challenging participants </li><li>Effective questioning techniques</li><li>Creating an effective virtual session</li></ul>Cost: a small investment for the value provided (I&#x27;ve jammed as much content, tips and insights as I can into 4 hours) $175 (+GST) Places are limited (max 8) - to ensure there is ample opportunity to answer questions and discuss your facilitation challenges.
