Sunday Jewelry Workshops: Spinner Ring

The Art & History Museums of Maitland (A&H) is a premier cultural destination and community gathering place in Central Florida, about 15 minutes from downtown Orlando. A&H is a group of sophisticated attractions that includes a contemporary art museum, 3 interactive history museums, and a stunning campus recognized as Central Florida's only National Historic Landmark. <P>Learn to create a ring with an anticlastic shape which flares out on each side like a trumpet. This allows a second ring to spin freely around the outside of the first. This workshop is taught by longtime Maitland Art Center instructor and artist Jim Hosner in Studio 5.</P>
<P>Please note this workshop has a materials fee of $10-$50, depending on the project you would like to create. This materials fee is in addition to the workshop fee. Please bring cash to pay the instructor directly for materials.</P>
