Mass DetailsDate : Sunday, 9th August 2020 Time : 5.30PM (For 70 years old and above only)Who May Apply?<ol><li>Registration is open to regular Cathedral of the Holy Spirit Mass attendees ONLY.</li><li>Parishioners aged 70 years old and above only. However, 1 caregiver or accompanying family member is permitted to register. </li><li>The mass is for Catholic only and Non-Muslim only.</li><li>If you are volunteering on this day at mass, please register with your leader and is not required to register in Eventbrite.</li></ol>Who Cannot Attend?<ol><li>Children aged below 13 are not permitted to attend any of the masses. Those aged 70 and above are to register for the Sunday 5.30PM mass only.</li><li>Those who are unwell or have symptoms/infections such as cough, fever or flu.</li><li>Those who are ordered to undergo 14-day home quarantine.</li><li> We encourage you to attend Mass once a month to enable as many as possible to receive the Holy Eucharist.</li></ol>Registration Details<ol><li>There are only limited seats available for Mass.</li><li>Registration will be open on Monday, 3rd August 2020 - 08:00AM.</li><li>Registration will be closed by Wednesday, 5th August 2020 – 11.59PM.</li><li>Registration will automatically close when the maximum number allocated is reached.</li></ol>Post Registration<ol><li>	After the online registration procedure, a confirmation email from Eventbrite will be sent to your registered email (Please check your Spam/Junk Mail Folder). </li></ol>Check-In Details &amp; Procedure<ol><li> Please arrive early to facilitate the verification process.</li><li> Check-In Counters will be opened at 4:00PM for 5.30PM mass.</li><li> Check-In Counters will be closed by 5.15PM for 5.30PM mass.</li><li> Please download the PGCare or MySejahtera App or have a QR Scan App before you come to church. Get these Apps from Google Play Store (Android) / Apple App Store (iOS).</li></ol>Procedure<ol><li> Please maintain social distancing of at least 1 meter at all times especially while lining up or asking for assistance from any individual.</li><li> Please drive in through the gate next to the parish office.</li><li> There will be temperature screening as you enter the parish premise.</li><li> After parking your car, kindly queue at the registration lanes.</li><li> Scan the QR Code premise poster with your smartphone and show your confirmation receipt to one of the attendants at the Registration Counters.</li></ol>Ticket Cancellation &amp; Management <ol><li>If you are unable to attend after registering, please cancel your ticket by emailing us at chsregister@gmail.com ASAP so that we can allocate your seat to someone else.</li><li>If you have successfully registered but have not received confirmation email from Eventbrite, please email us at chsregister@gmail.com with your contact details.</li></ol>* The Parish reserves the right to reject any application at our discretion.
