MIT Portugal Program is excited to open Pre-Registrations for the 2020 Annual Conference!

Join the <a href="https://www.mitportugal.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">MIT Portugal Partnership 2030</a> (MPP2030) for our 2020 Annual Conference on Thursday, October 15. This year’s conference theme is “Research and Reflection Amid Adversity,” which seeks to explore and debate the importance of research in the context of challenging and unpredictable times.Our goal for the <a href="https://www.mitportugal.org/annual-conference/2020-about" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">MPP2030 Conference</a> is to gather a group of experts from Portugal and MIT whose work connects to our research areas and involve those participants more deeply in our international partnership to build a thriving MPP community.We recommend all interested participants to a pre-register on Eventbrite. Although this will no ensure a seat at the conference, it will give you early access to conference news, live stream links, and priority on available seats. If you get an available seat, you will receive an email from MITPortugalConference@mitportugal.org with confirmation.Please do not attend the conference in person if you didn’t receive an email confirmation, as we won’t be able to grant you access to the conference venue.We are closely following the Portuguese Government, national health authorities and WHO guidelines and recommendations regarding the evaluation of the pandemic COVID 19 in Portugal. Any information regarding the development of the situation as it applies to this event will be shared on the <a href="https://www.mitportugal.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">MIT Portugal website</a> and through our social media networks.
