Curious about pole dancing? Seen it on the Super Bowl but not sure where to start? Check this out! Watch a performance and then learn some pole dancing basics that you can do at home. Got a pole? -- great! No pole? -- no problem! Use a door frame and pick up some sweet new moves. We'll use what you have available to start to learn this fun, dance movement. No experience necessary.About Colleen JollyColleen Jolly is a pole teacher, performer, entrepreneur and competitor. She has been poling for nine years, runs the largest pole dancing convention in the world and teaches online at 123Poling.com and in the DMV at FIT4Polers and MyBodyShop. She has performed at the Kennedy Center and for Snoop Dogg -- but not at the same time.
