Practices will support you in releasing stuck emotions and conditioned behaviors, so you can access your bliss body and say FUCK YES to your life fully.This is a group work class, where you can expect moving meditation practices, breathwork, intimacy skills, communication techniques, individual and partner practices honoring your own pace and comfort.Practices are suitable for all levels of seekers 18 years and older, both singles and couples.
