This in-person event will bring together local leaders, business owners, and residents to discuss ways to revitalize our community. Get ready to participate in engaging workshops, hear from dynamic speakers, and connect with like-minded individuals who are passionate about making a difference. Learn about the Summit and begin brainstorming topics to present to the elected officials

SUMMIT OVERVIEW!

o	Obtaining city and county grants
o	Prioritizing neighborhood schools
o	Enhancing parks, arts, and entertainment
o	Connecting families to resources
o	Integrating businesses into the community


COMMUNITY SPOTLIGHT!

LUNCH & VENDOR FAIR!

•	2:00 PM – 2:15 PM: Opening Remarks – Assemblymember Stephanie Nguyen
•	2:15 PM – 4:30 PM: Presentations on South Sacramento’s Key Issues
•	Each presenter has 5 minutes to share data, insights, and a "Call to Action."
•	Topics include:
•	Gang and violence prevention
•	Health and wellness initiatives
•	Financial literacy programs
•	Utility services (SMUD)
•	Educational equity and engagement 
•	General Concerns: (2 minutes per presenter) to highlight additional issues
