What is Sprout?

Downtown Boston needs more plants! While our TransPlanted Roaming Greenhouse hibernates for the the winter, we have opened a pop-up plant shop at 100 Summer St. Shop for plants and accessories, hang out amidst our Living Fernature, and experience the transformational power of plants.

What is included in the workshop?

All workshops include all supplies and instruction by Cityscapes staff. Workshop attendees also get 10% off anything purchased at Sprout on workshop day. If you have any specific accessibility needs or questions, don't hesitate to reach out.

How long will this take?

Accepted Answer

Depends! We structure our workshops so there is ample time to complete the activity. Some folks will finish in as quickly as 20 minutes, while others may take their time. It's up to you!

Are kids welcome?

Yes -- plants are for everyone! For everyone's safety, kids 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Adults only need to purchase an additional ticket if they wish to create their own plant art as well.

Is there parking?

Sprout is conveniently located in walking distance from South Station and Downtown Crossing MBTA stops. There is limited street and garage parking available.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

We get it, sometimes things come up! Any refund requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the event for a full refund. Any requests made after that are eligible for credit towards a future workshop or store purchase. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on plants or mosses.
