The One Truthiness returns with a new show about Trust.We present 8 intimate Zoom experiences, each with no more than 10 participants. In this time of history, <ul><li>Who do you trust? </li><li>What does it take to earn yours? </li><li>Can we trust “the other?”</li></ul>---------The One Truthiness is a participatory performance featuring a live wax painting set to a story read by you. Hold others’ words in your mouths while you see something you’ve never seen before. You may want to invite someone else in your community to attend at the same time, so you have someone else to talk about it with afterwards. Note:This is a participatory performance.All participants will be expected to read aloud in English from the screen.Please find a quiet environment to attend.Timing: 15 minutes introductions/orientation/instructions. 45 minutes performance. 45 minutes discussion. Rated PG. Highly recommended parents and kids participate together from the same device

BioCharlie creates viscerally-affecting works including interactive paintings, installations, and performances engaging perception, complexity, and community. Her work has been seen locally, nationally, and internationally. Partnerships include Lower Bottom Playaz, Kinetech, and Local Infinities Visual Theater (co-founder, Chicago). She has been creating versions of The One Truthiness since 2014
