Frequently asked questions

What is included in the ticket price?

A full buffet service is provided, including juice and coffee. Gratuity is not included; however, we know your servers would appreciate a tip based on the service they provide you. Note; Menu choices subject to change to ensure the freshest of ingredients.

What if I want to add guests to my reservation?

Please make a new reservation and then call us at 440-871-8800 with all names so we can ensure you are seated together.

Do I need to make a reservation for children 2 years of age and under?

Even though children 2 years of age and under are free, please include them in your guest count so we can be sure there is room at your table. The system will ask if you require a highchair.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable/refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable, however, feel free to offer your tickets to someone else. Just remember to call Wagner's at 440-871-8800 with the name change.

Do I need to print the tickets?

It is not necessary to print your tickets as we will have a master list to verify your name and number of tickets you have reserved.

Can I be seated if my entire party has not checked in?

It's best to be seated at the same time to confirm all guests are registered.

Wagner's of Westlake has been creating memories since 1965. As a banquet center, we specialize in wedding receptions, fundraisers, corporate and school events, bridal/baby showers, class reunions and any type of event where guests gather together to enjoy excellent quality food in a welcoming setting.   

We offer five ballrooms, each with a private bar, spacious seating areas and a distinct layout. The Grand and East Ballrooms feature fireplaces while the South and West Ballrooms offer private outside patios. The North Ballroom has an open floor plan and is perfect for a more intimate setting. Capacity in our ballrooms ranges from 50-400 guests.  Our Chef uses only the freshest of ingredients and your menu selection is prepared in our onsite kitchen the day of your event.

We host events that are a true family tradition, such as Easter and Mother's Day Buffets, Thanksgiving Day Buffet, Breakfast with Santa and a New Year's Eve Party, as well as our WOW Entertainment Series, showcasing an array of talent and performances. Mark your calendar to attend our Bridal Show, held in January, where one lucky person will win the Grand Prize of a catered wedding reception.
