Experience Nia Brown Belt OnLine at home, with the life-changing somatic lessons AND receive a complimentary IN PERSON training with Helen (White, Blue or Brown) later.This online, fully interactive course allows you to stay in the safety, convenience and privacy of your home, while receiving the life-changing somatic lessons of the Nia Brown Belt Training.TRAINING DETAILS:This 16-week training will run September 2nd – December 17th. One 2-hour LIVE session will be held via ZOOM each week. Sessions will be held on Wednesdays from 12 pm to 2:00 pm CDT. Each week you will receive additional homework and activities to deepen your understanding of the concepts and principles presented that you will complete between sessions.**If you can not make the listed times the sessions will be recorded for you to view at anytime during the Training. Helen is a 2nd degree Nia Black belt teacher and international trainer.
