How can I attend?

You must purchase tickets to attend, and tickets are only for sale thru this event page. Below you will find available tickets. Check the description for pre-requisites and any scheduling notes,  then click and add the tickets and checkout. You will be emailed your tickets to attend.

What about Lunch?

We have lunch add-on's available when you purchase your ticket. The lunch add-on will include a lunch served on campus at the cafeteria. Taco-bar, cookie, and a fountain drink. You are also welcome to bring your own lunch, there are benches inside and outdoors around campus.

Question 3

Do I need to bring an adult?

Accepted Answer

Scouts are not required to have an adult attend their class with them, however, we are in need of 2 deep adult leadership in each class. If you have an adult that would like to attend, there is  a ticket you can add to your order for 2 deep at no additional charge.

Question 4

What do I bring ?

Accepted Answer

Class A, water, notebook and pencil or pen, any pre-requisites. You will also need to bring a lunch if you did not purchase a lunch ticket.  Any merit badges requiring materials will be provided by Troop 37 or the instructor and covered in the additional fees.

Question 5

What if I purchased tickets, but can not attend?

Accepted Answer

If you purchased tickets and are unable to attend, you have two options. Offer your tickets to someone else in your unit, you can edit your ticket information for a new attendee. You can also request a refund up to 7 days prior to the event. Please contact us if you wish to refund your order.
