Incoming Lakeshore families, meet fellow parents and students and connect before the year begins!

The Lakeshore PTA would like to welcome all our incoming Lakeshore Leopard families with a meet-and-greet to learn some new names, get familiar with some new faces, and talk about what we&#x27;ve come to love about Lakeshore.HOW IT WORKSAfter introductions and an icebreaker, 2-3 returning Lakeshore parents will go over what we know about the fall, address some common questions, and answer whatever questions we can. These playdates are an informal way to connect with each other; our teachers and staff are figuring out how distance learning will work right now, so we won&#x27;t have all the answers. My family has been a part of the Lakeshore community for the last 4 years. This upcoming year my children will be in 4th and 2nd grade. This will be my 3rd year on the PTA Board. I work as a high school science teacher in SFUSD.Keti Peradze: I am mom to 1st grader, 3rd grader and an alumnus, joined PTA recently. My husband and I come from the country of Georgia, and English is my second language. My boys love to bring Georgian alphabet to their classes to share with friends.Dara Dubosky: I am an involved stay at home parent of three bi-racial( black and white) kids entering grades 8, 5 and 3. I have been on the PTA board, volunteered and led tours at Lakeshore for the last 8 years. I have one child with an IEP with speech services and medical issues and another with a medical 504 plan.We look forward to welcoming you!The Lakeshore Elementary PTA
