Do you offer refunds?

Though we do not offer refunds, if you are unable to attend please notify us via email at jen@joulewellness.co more than 24hrs prior to class and we'll provide you a credit for a future class. You may also transfer your ticket to a friend. No-shows cannot be provided class credit for future use.

What props do you provide?

VIP Tickets include: Yoga mat, blanket, bolster, and blocks. BYO ticket holders must bring their own yoga mat at props.

Question 3

Are children welcome?

Children are absolutely welcome as long as they have a purchased ticket, are accompanied by an adult, are respectful of the quiet space. Any attendee who disrupts the group will kindly be asked to leave.

Are cell phones welcome?

We ask that you please place cell phones on silent or in airplane mode for the duration of class, and refrain from use while class is in session.

Arrival Details: 11:11 Studios is located off Huffman Rd and Old Seward Hwy at 11901 Industry Way Unit A-10 Anchorage, AK 99515. Ample parking is available in front of this unit and surrounding neighbors.
