How do I prepare?

Be sure to have a quiet, private space to get the most out of the session. You can be on or off camera and you're encouraged to be comfortable throughout. You can bring any intentions you may have for the session (there will be an option to type them into the chat) but don't need to prepare anything

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing. Reiki is a gentle and safe spiritual healing energy that is intuitive in nature, and therefore only helps and never harms. Reiki is divine, universal energy and helps to restore balance and health within the body’s energy system.

What if I've never tried energy healing?

You're more than welcome to join! This may be a helpful way to try it out as it will be a group, virtual setting. If you're interested in learning more, you can always book a follow up individual session to see what a full Reiki session is like.
