Brewery Yoga at Medusa

Our mission is to equip Veterans, service members, first responders and their families with the tools and training for managing stress, increasing resiliency and to promote post-traumatic growth. Through yoga, we build community, reignite bonds and provide a space where Warriors can heal from invisible wounds shoulder to shoulder.

Warrior Within Yoga Project

A brewery yoga class that gives back to local veterans and first responders.

Medusa Brewing Company

This 60-minute all-levels Brewery Yoga class will be led by Steve Cannon, USAF Veteran inside Medusa Brewing Co's Beer Garden located at 111 Main St. in Hudson.Proceeds from this event support 501(c)3 <a href="https://www.warriorwithinyoga.org" title="https://www.warriorwithinyoga.org" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Warrior Within Yoga Project</a> and helps to bring trauma-informed yoga to our Warriors in locations across Massachusetts, including locally at the American Hertiage Museum in Hudson.Following the session, we encourage you to stay and enjoy some camaraderie and a beer/drink (included) in the taproom. Make it an afternoon and stay for tacos from Taco Gato who is onsite at the Brewery.
