Sacred Soma Breathing: An Intro. to Moving Stuck Emotions Through Your Organs

Join us every Friday during the month of August @8pm est. time to cover a specific organ, how our stuck emotions in that organ are affecting our lives, and receive a healing session to start helping your body find more ease and health during these trying times. Our emotions are connected to a deeper part of who we are and what really matters to us. They bring color to our lives and connect us to others. But what happens to these emotions when they become overwhelming, difficult to process, and hard to ignore? Do they simply go away like magic "poof" never to be seen again? Unfornately, the answer is no. Emotions are literally energy in motion and when they aren't allowed to move they literally stop and become stuck in our bodies. The longer they stay stuck in our body the higher the chances that we will experience struggles in our life, mental health complications (anxiety, depression), and even physical disease (heart attack, cancer). In this intro. 4 part virtual breath work series we will be covering the following organs Lungs (grief), Stomach (worry), Liver (anger), & Kidneys (fear) and the disharmony and emotions most directly impacting your physical and emotional health. You will also be guided through a healing breathwork practice specifically targeting that specific organ so we can start to move any stuck emotions and support your body in connecting with it's inner wisdom and the ability to find balance and heal itself.
