How much is park admission?

Accepted Answer

Florida State Park's are reasonably priced and not included in the event fee. DeLeon Springs State Park has the following entrance fees:
    $6 per vehicle (two to eight people).
    $4 single-occupant vehicle.
    $4 motorcycle.
    $2 pedestrian, bicyclist and extra passengers.

What should I expect?

There is no wrong way to forest bathe. It is a personal experience done in a group setting, with the guide offering invitations to engage with the More Than Human World and awaken all of your senses.

What do I bring?

Accepted Answer

Please dress for the weather, and bring anything that will help you feel comfortable outdoors such as a water bottle, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, or bug spray. We recommend a sitting mat or camping stool and any medications you may need such as an Epi-pen or inhaler.

Question 4

Will we be bathing?

Accepted Answer

We will bathe (fully clothed) in the essential oils of trees and plant life, sharing enjoyment of the land with other creatures such as birds, small reptiles, fish, insects, and those in our circle.
