<h2>2026 Monthly Virtual Session Program</h2>Format: Monthly Virtual Sessions (Zoom)Purpose: CMABP is a truth-telling, accountability-centered dialogue series designed for white people and non-Black participants seeking to understand racism, anti-Blackness, and white supremacy beyond surface-level conversations. These sessions are not performative spaces. They are structured to move participants from awareness to responsibility to action.Each session includes:<ul><li>One Uncomfortable Truth – a reality often resisted or denied</li><li>One Real-World Scenario – a familiar situation where harm shows up</li><li>One Accountability Action – a concrete step participants are expected to take</li></ul><h3>May 2026</h3>"How Black Americans Were Trained to Confuse Symbolism with Power" Black Americans must stop confusing access with power, visibility with ownership, and representation with liberation.<h3>June 2026 (Juneteenth lens)</h3>“Freedom Delayed Is Not Freedom Denied—It’s Freedom Stolen” Juneteenth beyond cookouts: truth, delayed justice, and economic consequences.<h3>July 2026</h3>“Independence for Whom? America’s Selective Freedom Story” Interrogating July 4th myths, patriotism, and who is excluded from ‘liberty.’<h3>August 2026</h3>“The Cost of Silence: How ‘Nice People’ Protect Racism” Why neutrality always benefits oppression—and how silence shows up at work, church, and family.<h3>September 2026</h3>“Gaslighting as National Policy: When America Pretends Racism Is Over” Media narratives, education erasure, and why Black lived experience is constantly questioned.<h3>October 2026</h3>“White Supremacy Without Hoods: The Polite, Professional Face of Harm” Corporate, academic, nonprofit, and liberal spaces where racism thrives quietly.<h3>November 2026</h3>“Thanksgiving, Land Theft, and the Myth of Gratitude” Truth-telling about Indigenous genocide, enslavement, and who prosperity was built on.<h3>December 2026</h3>“What Allyship Actually Requires in 2027—and What You Should Stop Doing Now” A forward-looking close: behaviors to end, commitments to keep, and accountability moving forward.
