Join us to celebrate the art of writing and the power of community through our classes, programs, art exhibitions, annual anthology, and special events. Discover inspiration, connection, and creativity with us—we can't wait to see you.

In the lovely space between winter and spring, we’re given a small, precious doorway to pause, catch our breath, and prepare to step bravely into the new year. Restoring balance requires both the courage to move forward and the mindfulness to embrace moments of stillness. This delicate balance—of breath and bravery—is the foundation for an open heart and steady stride as we welcome the year ahead.In this 3-week Restoring Balance series, we’ll draw inspiration from three transformative works: Braving the Wilderness by Brené Brown (bravery); Wintering by Katherine May (rest); and The Heartfulness Way by Kamlesh Patel (breath)“Doing those deeply unfashionable things—slowing down, letting your spare time expand, getting enough sleep, resting—is a radical act now, but it is essential.” — Katherine MayEach circle will explore a unique aspect of bravery, rest, or breath, culminating in a final session to integrate these energies and create a personalized plan for the year. Details: Facilitator: Juli Williams. Who can join: Open to anyone who identifies as a woman. When: Successive Saturdays, including 2/1, 2/8, and 2/15.
