While it offers opportunities for connection, creativity, and learning, it also presents a host of challenges—ranging from cyberbullying to unrealistic beauty standards. As moms, it’s our job to help guide and protect our daughters as they navigate this virtual world. But when it feels overwhelming and out of control, how do we step in without becoming the “tech police”? This month we talk about how we can idevelop a road map for understanding social media and setting boundaries that empower both you and your daughter.What You'll Learn In this meeting we willd iscuss how social media impacts teen girls and and brainstorm some practical strategies for managing it. We will discuss ways we can protect your daughter’s mental health while fostering a healthy relationship with technology.Why You Should Attend As you navigate the teenage years with your daughter, the challenges of social media can feel daunting. From constant connectivity to the pressures of peer comparison, the digital landscape impacts not only your daughter’s self-esteem but also her emotional and social development.
