Based in Baltimore, Maryland, POLE PLUS (POLE+) is an adults-only pole dance studio, specializing in group classes, pole parties, and personal training sessions! We offer an inclusive space for all people (regardless of gender identity, size, or level) to dance, train, build self-confidence and have a little (or a lot) of fun!

Get ready for an unforgettable night as Pole Plus Studio presents Elements of Pole—our 2025 Spring Showcase. This year, we’re channeling the energy of the elements—Earth, Air, Fire, and Water—through powerful and creative performances by our amazing community of pole dancers. What You’ll Experience:<ul><li>Diverse performances: Watch dancers of all levels showcase their unique styles, interpreting the elements through movement, props, and storytelling.</li><li>Immersive vibes: From grounded strength to fiery tricks and fluid flows, this is pole dance at its most creative and expressive.</li><li>Community energy: Cheer on your friends, support local talent, and soak in the inspiring atmosphere.</li><li>Tipping encouraged: Show love to the performers who bring it all to the stage.</li></ul> Important Information:<ul><li>Admission: In addition to your event ticket, a minimum of $40 in cash is required at the door. You can also select the ticket option for $40</li><li>Showtime: Doors will open at 6:30pm and the show will begin promptly at 7:00pm</li><li>Parking: We are located in a business park with plenty of parking</li><li>Tipping: This IS a tipping event and while it is not mandatory, it is strongly encouraged that we all show our performers lots of love</li><li>Age: This is an adults-only event (18+)</li></ul> Accessibility Accommodations: Our space is ADA compliant - please reach out to us at admin@poleplusstudio.com if any particular accommodations need to be madeDisclaimer: The safety and wellbeing of our guests, staff and performers is of the utmost importance to us.
