Grief and mourning often follow an erratic path as we navigate the process of coming to terms with the loss of someone or something important to us. Let’s spend some time together to explore how we can listen to our bodies and settle some of the unrest we&nbsp;might be feeling. We can learn to build resiliency in order to take good care of ourselves as we travel on this journey.&nbsp;&nbsp;Part 2: Messages of Love and Hope from Spirit Renowned Medium&nbsp;Scott Allan&nbsp;will connect with the Spirit world to deliver heartfelt messages from your loved ones. While not everyone will receive a personal reading, the messages shared will uplift and inspire all attendees.&nbsp;Part 3: A Spiritual Healing Ceremony The morning will conclude with&nbsp;Rev.
