Contributing factors: age at time of new focusage of last childneed levels within herself and or family, more leisure time, widowhood, economic need etc. Once a woman decides to transition she is than faced with societal expectations that tend to increase the conflict between sex or sex-role to the extent where it may question their mental health adjustment when some women try and satisfy both aspects of switching back &amp; forth between two developmental tasks, pre-mental health conditions can occur---confusion, fears of failure, guilt complexes, fears of success, loss of identity &amp; extreme conditions such as paranoia and schizophreniaTo alleviate the effects, and to assist in transitioning effectively we have been in process of creating Position Me!
