<p>Dr. Alec is a lisenced acupuncturist and Doctor of Acpuncture and Chinese Medicine. He brings his expertise in Qi Gong, an ancient martial art that  blends physical movements, controlled breathing, and meditation to balanc the body's vital energy known as "QI". It promotes physical health by improving flexibility, strength, and balance, while also reducing stress and increasing relaxation. </p><p>Come for a 45-minute practice with time for Q &amp; A afterwards to learn more about this graceful yet powerful art form.  </p>
