Mat Pilates is a series of exercises performed on an exercise mat that focuses on building the core – while also promoting full-body strength, balance, and body awareness. Pilates can help relieve stress and pain, while also helping to improve overall well-being. Suitable for all ages and abilities.Please bring an exercise mat and a bottle of water.

About Bianca MalottBianca Malott is the proud owner of <a href="https://www.biancamalott.com/" title="https://www.biancamalott.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">The Art of Pilates</a>, a Classical Pilates studio dedicated to providing personalized, one-on-one Pilates sessions. With 14 years of experience as a Pilates instructor, Bianca Malott moved to the Sarasota area last August, bringing a wealth of knowledge and passion for health and wellness.

This event will happen rain or shine. Based on Florida’s unpredictable weather, location decisions will often be made closer to the time of the event. In the case of inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors. In the rare occasion that an indoor location is unavailable, this event will be cancelled.
