What do I bring and wear to this event?

Wear comfortable clothing to practice qigong and relax into the zero gravity chairs. Drinks must be left outside of the salt cave unless medically necessary. Shoes must be removed and socks need to be worn to enter the salt cave. Please wear white socks. Thank you
