Introducing our new monthly wine class, where you come to learn about wine and geek out with our Wset level 4 sommelier Cindy Jones!

<p>If you are curious about wine and want to explore more, these wine adventures are for you. Each course will include interesting wine theory from grape to glass, and ALWAYS wines to taste. It’s a wine win! Come taste and learn with me every 2nd Thursday in the beautiful event space at Coiled Wines!</p><p>Ring in the new year with a little old and a little new “world” wine! A geeky class exploring Old World vs. New World wines. Topics covered include wine regions, cool and warm climate wine characteristics, tasting methodology to help you dissect the structural components of wine – sugar, acid, tannin, alcohol, body – and how to find and use simple, precise language to describe what you are smelling, tasting, and feeling from the wine in the glass.</p>
