Agenda

1st & 3rd Mondays: Jordyn Arndt

Jordyn Arndt

Jordyn is a holistic yoga teacher with over ten years of practice and independent exploration of Eastern contemplative traditions. Certified as a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher with additional Yin & Somatics training from Kula Collective, she guides students through mindful movement and breath awareness to nurture resilience, presence, and balance. In her classes, students are invited to slow down, connect deeply with their breath, and cultivate a kind and accepting relationship with themselves. Her career in international relations and human rights informs the mindfulness and values she brings to her teaching, which emphasizes energy balance, self-compassion, and the mind-body connection.

2nd Mondays: Natalie Regan

Natalie Regan

Natalie's teaching philosophy and yoga practice are grounded in facilitating a safe, welcoming, and gentle space for exploration and healing. Her training comes from CorePower yoga, and she has been a dedicated and inspired yogi for many years.

4th Mondays: Sarah Loden

Sarah Loden

Sarah Loden has been practicing yoga for 15+ years, and teaching yoga for 8+ years. She holds an 200hr certificate from Zuna Yoga, a Children's and Family Yoga Certificate through Rainbow Children's Yoga, and a Level 1 Certification as a Journey Dance Facilitator. She is passionate about movement, mindfulness, and celebrating the human experience!
