Free monthly in-person wellness events, some in English and some in Spanish, guided by different local wellness providers who share their best tips and tools to inspire, support, and boost mental and emotional health. Wellness accessible to everyone!

This workshop is part of the Emotional Fitness Studio, a year-round mental health initiative offering free monthly in-person wellness workshops and experiences. Partnering with local wellness providers, we provide tips and tools to help you navigate the twists and turns of life, build resilience, and create meaningful connections.Join us in strengthening your emotional fitness and fostering community!*ATTENTION: Tickets for this event are free as part of our mission to support mental and emotional health in our community. Your understanding helps us make the most of this initiative—thank you!In this workshop:When was the last time you felt your energy tank empty? It’s like you’ve got nothing left to give. Then you wake up the next day and feel more of the same. According to ancient yoga tradition, we have a great many energy centers – called chakras – within and surrounding the body. In Sanskrit, the word chakra literally means wheel or disc. Since everything in life is constantly moving, it’s essential that our seven main chakras stay moving, flowing, or ‘spinning’. If there is a blockage, energy can’t flow. In this fun and fascinating workshop, Julie offers us insight to the body’s energy in ways that enrich our self-awareness, inspire positive change, and offer us hope that our energy is deep within, always waiting for us to give it a spin.In The Energy Mindset: Understand It to Embody It, you'll explore the powerful connection between your chakras and overall well-being.This workshop is about balancing and aligning your energy at every stage of life— whether you're navigating big change or simply seeking more stability. Through mindful movement, gentle yoga poses, breathwork, and focused awareness, you'll learn how to improve your energetic wellness with practices that can be applied daily.
