<h3>Please join Sound Practitioners Thais Tiosi and Christiana Kyratzouli  for a unique Sunset Sound Bath on Marina del Rey Beach!</h3><h3>Sunday, June 28th at 6 pm on Marina del Rey Beach near Lifeguard Tower 47 (on Lighthouse street)</h3><p>(please plan on arriving at 5:30 pm to find parking and secure your spot on the beach)</p><p><strong>Suggested donation $20 </strong></p><p>To kickstart summer nothing better than a soundbath at the beach and to make it even better you will be showered with two sets of amazing alchemy singing bowls from two different practicioners! Thais and Christiana will bring their crystal bowls, chimes, drums to take you to the most relaxing place at the beach.</p><h3>“All you need to do is have an open mind, get comfortable, and listen.”</h3><p><em>Everything in the whole universe is vibrating all the time</em> – even things that appear still, and even the cells of our bodies. As we are made up of up to 80% water, our bodies are brilliant conductors of sound, in the session your brain waves change from a Beta (waking state) to Theta &amp; Delta (deep meditation state), this puts the body in the best state to heal itself, unlock blockages, release traumas and bring you to a deep relaxation. </p><p>During the soundbath the pure, high frequency sounds resonate and entrain with our physical, emotional and energetic bodies, bringing the possibility of clearing, cleansing and balancing at the cellular level. </p><p>Sound bath helps to:</p><ul><li>reduce stress and pain, </li><li>bring deep relaxation, </li><li>develop self awareness, </li><li>improve learning and clarify personal values.</li><li>promote creativity.</li></ul><p>Please bring a sacred item (picture, crystal, mala or any sacred object) to be cleaned and charged energetically that you can take back with you.</p><p>See you there :)</p><p><strong>You can make your donation here, venmo @basilalchemy or cash.</strong></p><blockquote>*To follow the COVID-19 guidelines by RSVPing to this event you acknowledge that you are attending this in person event at your own risk.
